St. Andrew Christmas Novena
Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in piercing cold. In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God! to hear my prayer and grant my desires, through the merits of Our Saviour Jesus Christ, and of His Blessed Mother. Amen.

I created a printable novena card.  You may print and share, freely.

Thank you so much for the gift of this prayer card! It’s beautiful!

The St. Andrew novena is one of my favorites! I’ve been praying it my whole life-when I was young my family used to pray it together after the family rosary each evening. This year my family will be praying it for the priests in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
The most powerful answer I ever had to this prayer was in 1991 when Desert Storm had just begun. My intention was for an end to that war, and it was over just shortly after the New Year began!

Advent blessings and gratitude to you!

Thank you, Lena!! This is so beautiful! This prayer is by far my favorite Advent devotion. I made my own much larger and not so pretty card a few years ago when we first started saying this prayer as a family throughout Advent, but yours will be a lovely replacement. What a wonderful gift to your readers. Thank you for sharing it. God bless you.
