Prayer Request

August 31, 2011 by Lena {JOYfilledfamily} Filed Under: Prayers 11 Comments

imageI was hoping to make a wonderful announcement in the upcoming weeks. Instead, I am left to humbly ask for prayers. I pray for God’s will and His grace to joyfully accept it.

Also, I am desiring to unite my trial and suffering for others in need, in addition to the intentions of Our Blessed Mother. I invite you to leave your intention in the comments or email me privately (JOYfilledfamily{at}gmail{dot}com). You can be as detailed or vague as you desire.

May I completely surrender and allow Him to use me as He wills.

Ad Jesum per Mariam,

Lena

“Suffering is a gift of God.  It’s a sign that we have come so close to Him that we can share His Passion, that we can share the joy of loving with Him in pain, in suffering.”

~ Blessed Teresa of Calcutta

oh dear Lena. I’m with you in prayer tonight as I read your post. God bless you and your family in this time of trial and suffering. I will keep you all in my prayers. I know you have a desire to offer this suffering and join it with Christ and Our Lady and so, with thanks, please pray for a special intention for me. God speed, friend. All for Jesus through Mary.

It’s always so difficult to hear of suffering from those we care about…I am so sorry and saddened by your loss. On one hand we wish to take it away but then again, we know the suffering is what’s best…”All For” and the journey Home. You have the promise of our family prayer for peace, comfort, strength and mostly love.

I’m so sorry to hear of your loss, Lena. You will be in my prayers and sacrifices today. God’s will. If you will kindly include my niece Rochelle in your prayers. She is having health problems and is being tested for cervical cancer. She is in her early 20’s and has a 4 year old daughter. May His peace fill your soul and may Our Mother be ever pleased with your offering. J–
