The kids desire to be healthy. Dad and I are always explaining the food choices we make. We want them to have a clear understanding about what we put into our bodies and it’s effect on our health, good or bad. They have come up with a simple check system when they come across something that they are not sure about, “Is it on the list?”
Here is the basic framework for our list. We do make modifications, of course.
