Homemade Mayo v2

May 19, 2012 by JOYfilledWELLNESS Filed Under: Condiments 1 Comment

I’ve yet to perfect my homemade mayo.  I was recently introduced to a simple mayo making technique.  I gave it a try.

It was super easy and a definite improvement from my last batch.    Still, more practice is needed.

I will have to try this as well. I learned to make mayo from watching Julia Child a few months ago and my first time was a success! Since then, I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I cannot, for the life of me, get it right. I want to go back and watch the Julia Child episode again but I don't have the Amazon subscription anymore 🙁
